Amit Bronstein is a seasoned backend engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Beginning a career at Freescale Semiconductor as a student and backend engineer from June 1997 to March 2000, Amit then moved to Wintegra, where responsibilities included building and defining flows from scratch using Cadence and Magma tools from March 2000 to November 2010. Subsequently, Amit served as Backend Technical Leader at PMC-Sierra until January 2014, before joining Apple as a backend engineer specializing in physical design, where Amit continues to contribute. Amit holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ben Gurion University, completed in 1998.
