Andi Limarga

Andi Limarga has over a decade of experience in materials product design, currently serving as a manager at Apple since November 2014, where responsibilities include the design, development, and integration of glass, ceramics, and composite materials for Apple products. Prior to Apple, Andi worked as a senior development scientist at Corning Incorporated, focusing on the mechanical performance and reliability of Gorilla Glass, and established the application engineering lab at the Corning West Technology Center. Earlier roles included a senior research scientist at Raytheon Technologies, a research associate at Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and a postdoctoral researcher at UC Santa Barbara. Andi holds a PhD in materials from McMaster University, as well as a BS and MS in materials from Institut Teknologi Bandung and Nanyang Technological University Singapore, respectively.
