Andrew Stein

Andrew Stein is the Director in Apple's IP Litigation group, managing global patent and intellectual property disputes. They have extensive experience in intellectual property litigation in federal district courts and before the U.S. International Trade Commission, achieving significant victories for clients in various technology sectors. Previously, Andrew was a Partner at DLA Piper and worked as an associate at several law firms, including Goodwin Procter and Dewey & LeBoeuf. They also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, gaining substantial in-court experience. Andrew earned an undergraduate degree in computer science and has worked as a software developer for U.S. government agencies.
