Andy Lye

Andy Lye is a passionate and commercial Human Resources professional with 20 years of extensive generalist experience in both multinational and public sector environments, including roles at Apple, The Body Shop, and Starbucks. Currently, they serve as an Employee & Labour Relations Business Partner at Apple, following a tenure as Employee Relations & Policy Manager at The Body Shop. Previous experience includes leading the HR function for L’Oreal in the UK and Ireland and holding various HR roles at Starbucks, where they developed and delivered people strategies. Andy holds a degree in BA Hons in Media & Communication Studies from the University of Wales and has obtained a CPP in Human Resources from CIPD, along with a Certificate in Workplace Mediation from ACAS.
