Annie Chen is currently the APAC Recruitment Diversity Program Leader at Apple, where they lead initiatives to enhance workforce diversity across the region. They also hold roles as a Talent Acquisition Leader and China/HK Talent Attraction Leader at Apple since 2011. Previously, Annie worked at DELL as a Talent Acquisition Lead and held various positions, including Senior Recruiter and Sales Compensation Specialist, from 2006 to 2011. Annie earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Jimei University, graduating in 2001.
