Arda Simsek

Arda Simsek is an RFIC Design Engineer at Apple, currently focusing on RF/mmWave and sub-mmWave IC design, as well as high-speed wireless communications. They have extensive experience in RF/mmWave IC design for phased array transceiver front ends, having worked for companies such as Movandi and Qualcomm. Arda earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where they also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in the same field. Their early career included internships and research positions at institutions like Fraunhofer IIS and TUBITAK, where they gained valuable skills in device characterization and simulation.
