Arnold Schaefer

Arnold Schaefer is an accomplished engineer with a robust background in mechanical engineering and automation. With experience as an Aero-Thermal Engineering Intern at Danfoss, Arnold contributed to the modeling and analysis of compressor prototypes and developed algorithms to enhance performance prediction. As an Aero-Thermal Design Engineer, Arnold improved testing procedures and automated simulation processes for compressors. Arnold's role as a Senior Automation Engineer at Eli Lilly involved leading large capital projects, designing complex systems, and maintaining project budgets in compliance with cGMP standards. Currently serving as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at Apple, Arnold oversees the design and deployment of automated solutions for large-scale manufacturing and collaborates with substantial vendor teams. Arnold holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
