Aurelien Latour

Aurelien Latour is the HR Director for Employee & Labour Relations EMEA at Apple, responsible for fostering positive social dialogue and team sentiment across nine countries. Previously, they served as HR Director for Western Europe at Colgate-Palmolive, managing various HR functions across multiple regions. Aurelien has also held several roles at Coca-Cola Enterprises, including HR Business Partner and Head of Employee Relations Europe, where they led initiatives in change management and labor relations. They earned a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on HR from Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens and have pursued further education at institutions such as Cornell University and Stanford University.
