Beth Hefel

Beth Hefel has extensive experience in the retail and technology sectors, most notably at Apple from 2014 to 2020, where roles included IS&T Field Leader for the EMEIA region, Senior Technical Project Manager, and Senior Manager of a Chicago Apple Store. In these positions, Beth facilitated international projects, improved information security, and optimized operational workflows across multiple retail locations. Prior to Apple, Beth served as Store Manager at the Michigan Avenue Coach Store from 2002 to 2010, achieving top customer service scores and mentoring staff into higher management roles. Educational background includes a degree in Anthropology from the University of Iowa and a degree in Textiles and Apparel from the University of Northern Iowa.
