Billy Lam

Billy Lam is an Optical Scientist at Apple, bringing a strong technical background in optics and extensive experience in optical experimentation to their role. They completed a Ph.D. in Optics at the University of Rochester and hold a B.S. in Physics and Applied Mathematics from Stony Brook University. Previously, they interned at ASML, where they focused on improving the diagnostics of laser and optical modules for EUV lithography machines. Earlier in their career, Billy served as a mathematics tutor, teaching various subjects to students of different age groups.
