Bo Yang

Bo Yang is a Senior DFT Manager at Apple, where they continue to lead efforts in design for test (DFT) management. Previously, they served as a DFT Design Manager at NVIDIA, overseeing all DFT activities for GPU chips, and held various roles at Apple and NYU Tandon School of Engineering, where they earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering. Bo's research contributions have been recognized with awards, including the ITC 2004 Most Significant Paper Award and multiple accolades for doctoral thesis work.
