Brian Gable

Brian Gable is a Distinguished Engineer in Product Design at Apple, focusing on alloy and product design. Since 2020, they have advanced materials development, having previously managed the Product Design Materials team responsible for metals used in Mac, iPad, and Watch. Their career includes significant roles at The Aerospace Corporation and Monash University, where they specialized in metallurgy and materials science. Brian holds a PhD in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Virginia, complemented by both a BS and MS in the same field.
