C. Scott Andreas

C. Scott Andreas is an Engineering Leader at Apple, where they head the team of Apache Cassandra contributors in Apple Cloud Infrastructure, delivering a global storage platform for major applications. Prior to this role, C. Scott served as an Engineering Manager for Apple Maps Analytics, where they enhanced data infrastructure and led privacy architecture initiatives. Their career includes positions as a Web Developer and Member of Technical Staff at various companies, and they have been active in advocacy as part of the Board of Directors for the Alice B. Toklas LGBTQ Democratic Club. C. Scott holds dual BA degrees in Communication & Culture and Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington, along with a BA in Digital Culture and Religious Studies from the University of Kent.
