Cailey Ruderman

Cailey Ruderman is an accomplished engineering professional with a strong background in materials science and engineering. Recent experience includes serving as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Apple, where key performance indicators of manufacturing quality in brittle materials were analyzed to drive process improvements. As President of the Drexel Society of Women Engineers, leadership was demonstrated through the management of a significant executive team aimed at empowering women in engineering. Cailey participated in the SWE Leadership Development Program, focusing on enhancing leadership skills and networking capabilities. Prior engineering co-op experience at Elzly Technology Corporation involved evaluating metal coatings and conducting materials testing. Cailey is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering at Drexel University, where a Bachelor of Science in the same field is also being completed.
