Caleb D. W. is a legal professional with extensive experience in public policy and government affairs, currently serving as Counsel for State & Local Government Affairs at Apple since March 2025. Prior to this, Caleb held the position of State Public Policy Counsel at ACT | The App Association, advocating for small businesses in the app economy, and previously served as a Public Policy Associate within the same organization. Earlier experience includes a fellowship at the New York State Senate and various roles in the National Black Law Students Association, contributing to community service and organizational leadership.
