Caroline Gallup has an extensive career at Apple that began in September 2009, holding various roles including Systems Engineer, Campus Representative for the University of Washington, Operations Specialist, Manager of the Genius Bar, and Associate in the Apple Store Leader Program. As an Apple Specialist, Gallup focused on providing exceptional customer service and simplifying technology for consumers. In addition to experience at Apple, Gallup has been a coach for Mercer Island Girls Lacrosse since January 2007. Educationally, Gallup earned a Master's degree in Education from the University of Washington in 2019 and a BA in Digital Design from Seattle University in 2012.
