Caroline Strom has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, with a career that spans over two decades. Starting as a Software Tester at Ericsson Radio Systems AB from 1993 to 1997, Caroline moved on to serve as a Customer Support Team Lead at Ericsson from 1997 to 2001, providing technical support for TDMA networks. At Nokia, from 2011 to 2014, Caroline held multiple roles including Quality Program Manager, Technical Account Manager, and Project Manager for testing, contributing to the production of Lumia smartphones and overseeing test activities. After a brief tenure as Quality Program Manager at Microsoft in 2014, Caroline took on leadership roles at Dexcom from 2021 to 2022, including Manager of Firmware and Hardware Engineering, before continuing as an Engineering Program Manager at Apple from August 2022. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Jönköping University.
