Cate Harding has extensive experience in customer loyalty and retail solutions. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Loyalty at Apple Inc. since January 2005, Cate directs initiatives aimed at enhancing customer loyalty. Prior to this role, Cate was the Vice President of Retail Solutions at Blue Martini Software from November 1999 to December 2004, where responsibilities included leading the retail industry vertical and developing sales strategies. Earlier, between April 1995 and October 1999, Cate worked as a Senior Consultant at IBM, focusing on e-business strategy engagements for major retailers. Cate holds a B.A. in English from Bryn Mawr College and attended The Brearley School.
