Chad Austin

Chad Austin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and customer experience roles. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Apple since September 2015, Chad has held various titles including Shopping Experience Manager and People Experience Leader, focusing on training, staffing, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to Apple, Chad worked at ZICO Beverages, LLC as a Market Retail Activator, and previously as a Brand Ambassador. Chad's earlier roles include customer service and management positions at Starbucks and GameStop, and a research role at the University of Texas at Arlington. Academically, Chad holds a Master's Degree and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Texas at Arlington, alongside an Associate's Degree from Navarro College.
