Chad Harris

Chad Harris is the Senior Director of AppleCare Product Operations at Apple, where they lead significant global service program initiatives. Prior to this role, Chad held various positions at Apple, including Director of AppleCare Channel Service Programs and Sr. Manager of AppleCare Channel Services. Before joining Apple, they worked at Asurion as an Inventory and Reverse Logistics Manager and as an Operations Research Manager within the Customer Care Division. Chad began their career as a Varsity Men's Tennis Assistant Coach at Vanderbilt University, where they helped the team improve its national ranking. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Economics from Vanderbilt University, followed by an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
