Chan-young Yang

Chan-young Yang is currently a Senior Corporate Counsel for Software & AIML Products at Apple, having previously served as Corporate Counsel in the same department. Before joining Apple, Chan-young worked as an Associate in IP Litigation at Morrison & Foerster LLP and in Capital Markets at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Additionally, Chan-young gained valuable experience as a Judge Advocate in the Republic of Korea Air Force. Chan-young holds a JD from Yale Law School, an MA in Political Science from Columbia University, and a BA in the College of Social Studies from Wesleyan University.
