Chia Rose has an extensive background in communications and sales, beginning with a tenure at Verizon from November 1996 to April 2011 as a Sales Guru, excelling in generating profits and building client relationships. Following this, Chia worked at Apple from September 2012 to August 2016, initially as an iOS Technical Advisor, providing technical resolutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. Chia advanced to the position of Senior Advisor, serving as the highest escalation point to resolve complex issues and enhance customer loyalty. Chia's experience also includes a role in Business & Education as a Recruitment Lead. Chia holds a degree from Caldwell University.
