Choon How Gan

Choon How Gan is an Optical Science Engineer at Apple, where they have been contributing since 2022. Previously, they served as the Head of the Computational Group at WaveOptics from 2020 to 2022 and held roles as a Senior R&D Engineer at Seagate Technology from 2015 to 2018 and as an Associate Research Fellow at the University of Exeter from 2012 to 2015. Choon How began their career as a Research Scientist at A*STAR IHPC from 2011 to 2012 and completed a postdoctoral position at Institut d'Optique from 2009 to 2011. They hold a PhD in Optics/Optical Sciences from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
