Chris Ding

Chris Ding is a Sr. System Engineer at Apple Inc., with over 20 years of experience in the wireless field. They have extensive knowledge of telecommunication theory, including CDMA, UMTS, LTE, and 5G, and possess a strong background in network planning, field validation, troubleshooting, and system performance analysis. Chris previously held positions as a Lead Engineer at OnStar and a Sr. Sys Engineer at Verizon Wireless, as well as roles at Qualcomm, China Telecom, and Motorola. They earned a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and a BS in Wireless Communication from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
