Clara O'Keeffe possesses extensive experience in learning and development, with a focus on training coordination and customer service. Clara's career began at Abtran as a Customer Service Representative, followed by roles including Learning and Development Co-Ordinator, Senior Trainer, Learning and Development Specialist, and Training Coordinator, showcasing a progressive responsibility in training and development initiatives. Subsequently, Clara contributed to The Communications Clinic as a Consultant and Office Manager, managing client communications and training operations. Currently, Clara serves as a Coach on the Learning Team at Apple, having previously held positions as a Learning and Development Trainer and Order Support Manager.
