Cynthia Weber

Cynthia Weber is an experienced educator and consultant with a diverse background in teaching, instructional design, and event management. At New Morning School, Cynthia serves as the Head Teacher, facilitating individualized and cooperative learning strategies. Previous roles include a Consultant position at Bright Futures, where Cynthia provided instruction in computer coding and hands-on science, and a Freelance Writer role at Patreon, focusing on engaging educational content for parents. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Catering at Sheraton Oaks Hotel, alongside multiple educational positions, including Instructor at Schoolcraft College and Teacher at Gaudior Academy. Cynthia has also held leadership positions such as VP Programming at Ann Arbor ATD and currently works as a Product Specialist at Apple. In terms of education, Cynthia holds a B.A. in Elementary Education from Michigan State University and is pursuing a Master's degree in Learning Disabilities at Madonna University, while also obtaining a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from New Horizons Computer Learning Center.
