Dan Brewer

Dan Brewer is the Human Interface Algorithms Manager at Apple, where they lead a team that delivered hand and eye gesture functionality on the  Vision Pro. Dan previously worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Tanvas in 2016, where they designed a system to characterize haptic displays. They were also a Haptics Researcher at Northwestern University from 2015 to 2018, developing advanced haptic interfaces. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors in 2018.
