Dan Harris is an experienced professional with a robust background in customer engagement and content creation. At Apple since July 2017, Dan holds the position of Lead, focusing on enhancing customer journeys, driving sales, and fostering loyalty. Previous roles at Apple include Expert and multiple sales positions, aimed at transforming visitors into loyal customers. In addition to work at Apple, Dan serves as an Independent Contractor at Zerflin, creating content for the United States Coast Guard Civilian Employee website. Prior experience includes roles as Content & Social Media Manager at Creative Nomads and Director of Social Media at Gypsy Soul Entertainment, complemented by a strong educational foundation in Internet Marketing and New Media Journalism from Full Sail University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Bowie State University.
