Dan Latham

Dan Latham is an experienced retail professional currently serving as a Training Lead ISE at Apple Retail UK. With a solid history in store management, Dan has demonstrated expertise in managing regional expectations and leading teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Previously, Dan held various roles at Apple, including Technical Expert and Lead (CE), and contributed significantly to customer journey improvements during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Apple, Dan worked at Argos in multiple management roles, overseeing operations and training staff while also managing stock processes. Dan began their career in the IT field as an apprentice Information Technology Analyst at Transport for London, and holds a degree in Information Technology from Bexleyheath Academy.
