David Debaene

David Debaene has extensive experience in hardware engineering, with a strong focus on AI accelerator hardware and Apple Silicon design. At NVIDIA, from March 2017 to June 2022, David served as a Hardware R&D Manager, leading the development of AI accelerator hardware modules, managing design reviews, and ensuring quality compliance. Currently, as a Senior Hardware Engineering Manager at Apple since September 2022, David oversees Apple Silicon hardware design and verification, coordinates chip design, and works on optimizing hardware performance. Prior to this, David worked at ZTE Corporation and Huawei, where responsibilities included designing 5G hardware and leading hardware R&D teams. David holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of California, San Diego.
