Debankur Naskar

Debankur Naskar serves as a Senior Manager and Group Product Manager at Apple, leading a diverse team of over 100 individuals focused on Discovery Technologies in the App Store, with expertise in areas such as search and recommendations, personalization, and AI/ML. Naskar also teaches an 8-week part-time Product Management Leadership course at Product School. Prior experience includes roles as Product Lead at Quixey, where Naskar contributed to developing a personal assistant utilizing search technologies, and as Lead Product Manager at eBay, where responsibilities included leading the development of eBay’s search platform and enhancing search relevance and recall. Naskar’s career commenced as a Lead Developer at Autonomy Inc, where significant improvements in scalability and performance were achieved. Naskar holds an MS in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication from the University of Calcutta.
