Derrick Ayson

Derrick Ayson serves as the Talent Development Program Manager at Apple since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing talent development implementation and maintaining stakeholder engagement. Previously, Derrick worked as a Program Manager at Year Up, achieving high retention rates and overseeing a team while focusing on staff training and intern success. As Leadership Development Coordinator at YouthBuild Charter School of California, Derrick established 'The GRAD Project,' enhancing post-secondary access for students. Additional experience includes coordinating events for the Marguerite Casey Foundation and Starbucks, focusing on leadership and team-building initiatives. Derrick holds a certification in Leadership Excellence in Leading Teams from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Southern New Hampshire University.
