Derrick Walden has diverse experience across various roles in sales, customer service, and technical support. Initially working as a Sales Associate at Family Dollar from May 2012 to December 2013, Derrick transitioned to a Parts Clerk position at RS&A, Inc. from January 2015 to March 2016. Following this, a Claims Specialist role at Nationwide from March 2016 to November 2017 involved evaluating insurance claims. Derrick then served as a Sales Representative at Hendrick Automotive Group from November 2017 to April 2018 before progressing to a Management Assistant and subsequently a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from April 2018 to April 2020. Derrick worked as a Recruiter and National Account Administrator at SASR Workforce Solutions from March 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Derrick holds the position of Technical Support Advisor at Apple since October 2023. Derrick holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Physical Education (Recreation) from Winston-Salem State University, completed in 2014.
