Devon Flores is a Site Reliability Engineer at Apple, with over 12 years of experience supporting advanced messaging platforms for major mobile carriers across the United States. They previously served as a Global Customer Support Engineer at Openwave Systems and later as a Consultant, where they provided 24/7 operational support for a large LDAP Directory platform. Since joining Apple in 2011, Devon has taken on leadership roles in operations, focusing on email infrastructure and systems administration on Linux servers. They hold a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Japanese from the University of California, Davis.
