Dia Yates has extensive experience in recruitment and program management, particularly during tenure at Apple from 2010 to 2014. As a Recruiting Coordinator, Dia supported multiple Hardware Engineering Recruiters, coordinated numerous onsite interviews, managed candidate offers, and oversaw essential pre-employment processes while maintaining confidentiality in sensitive projects. As a Program Manager, responsibilities included organizing recruiting events and supporting Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior experience includes a role as a Competitive Intelligence Researcher and Staffing Coordinator at Apple, as well as an internship as a Production Assistant at KNTV/NBC Bay. Dia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
