Eben Dower

Eben Dower is currently a Learning & Development Program Manager at Apple Services Engineering. Previously, they served as a Senior Talent Manager at Triplebyte, where they launched the company's first Inclusion working group and significantly increased team productivity. As a co-founder of Effective Immediately, Dower provides resources for job seekers and those impacted by layoffs. They have extensive experience in DEI initiatives and have worked in various leadership roles that focus on creating inclusive environments. Dower holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Education from Gonzaga University.
