Ed Ryan

Ed Ryan has extensive experience in retail management and training, with a career spanning several prominent companies. Ed served as General Manager at Gap Inc. from 1994 to 2004, developing large teams and supporting company initiatives. A long tenure at Apple began in 2017, where Ed currently holds the position of Senior Manager, overseeing daily operations and leading a 12-person team to uphold brand standards. Additional roles at Apple include Co-Chair of Pride@Apple, focusing on inclusivity for the LGBTQ+ community, as well as contributions as a Project Manager for employee surveys and a mentor for new store openings. Prior to Apple, Ed held the position of General Manager at Ralph Lauren, guiding multiple locations during the launch of the Rugby RL brand, and served as Technical Trainer at John Hancock Life Insurance Company. Ed's educational background includes studies at Harvard Extension School, Boston College, and a certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
