Egor Ananyev

Egor Ananyev is a Vision Scientist at Apple, applying extensive expertise in the primary visual pathway to create perceptual comfort solutions in emerging technologies. With over 12 years in vision research, they have explored the cognitive and behavioral impacts of neurological damage, the effects of vision loss on mobility, and the relationship between attention and conscious perception. Their previous experience includes positions as a postdoctoral researcher at Nanyang Technological University and Duke-NUS Medical School, as well as a research assistant at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Harvard University. Egor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from the National University of Singapore and a BA in Psychology from Alcorn State University.
