Emily Hoang is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service, operations, and leadership roles. Currently, as an Operations Specialist at Apple since November 2019, Emily has utilized technical expertise to assist customers with Apple products, managed inventory processes, and supported store merchandising. Alongside this role, Emily has demonstrated leadership as President of HOMEROOM UW, promoting community projects for the Asian American community, and has held key positions in various organizations, including Co-President for Muse at UW and Political Chair for the Vietnamese Student Association.
