Emily (Lei) Xu is an accomplished engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications and system verification. Emily's career began with roles at Microsoft China R&D Center and Spirent Communications as a Software Testing Engineer, focusing on various protocols and SharePoint Server testing. Emily further developed expertise at Broadcom as a Scientist in System Test, enhancing testing plans for TD-LTE functions. Subsequently, Emily served as a Component Lead for Modem Verification at Intel Corporation. Currently, Emily is a QA Engineer at Apple, leveraging strong skills in system-level simulations gained during an internship at Research In Motion. Academically, Emily holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, complemented by teaching experience as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.
