Eric Cohen

Eric Cohen has extensive experience in management and customer service across multiple industries. At AT&T, Eric served as a Manager from October 2010 to October 2011 at an authorized retailer, One Direct Solution, where responsibilities included scheduling, training, product ordering, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, Eric worked briefly as a Manager and Expert at Apple in October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Server/Bartender at The Breakers Palm Beach from June 2004 to October 2010.
