Esmeralda Lambert is a visionary retail leader currently serving as a Senior Manager at Apple. With over 15 years of progressive experience in omnichannel retail environments across North America and LATAM, Esmeralda has successfully managed P&Ls ranging from $25M to $60M, scaled store networks, and transformed underperforming operations. Previously, they founded a jewelry and accessories business, and held various managerial roles, including Director of Sales and Operations at Aro & Pedal. Esmeralda earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra and is pursuing an MBA at Babson College.
