Fabian Wanner

Fabian Wanner is an experienced professional in the fields of computer vision and machine learning, with a career spanning more than 15 years. Fabian Wanner began as a Technology Intern at IBM and Morgan Stanley, where initial skills in programming and automation were honed. Fabian Wanner later served as a Research Student and Teaching Assistant at University College London, focusing on computer graphics and vision algorithms, followed by a Visiting Researcher position at the National University of Singapore. From 2013 to 2017, Fabian Wanner worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at SMI SensoMotoric Instruments GmbH, taking on responsibilities including algorithm implementation and project leadership. Subsequently, at Apple, Fabian Wanner progressed from a Machine Learning Acceleration Engineer to a Machine Learning Acceleration Manager, overseeing the development of Apple Neural Engine architecture and mentoring new talent. Fabian Wanner holds a Master of Research in Virtual Environments, Imaging, and Visualization from University College London, as well as an MEng in Computing from Imperial College London.
