Feras AbuJalala

Feras AbuJalala is an optical engineer and academic with extensive experience in electrical and optical design. Currently serving as an Engineering Program Manager for Health Sensing at Apple, Feras previously held roles such as Engineering Manager and Senior Optical Design Engineer at Molex, and Department Chair and Professor at the Southern California Institute of Technology. With a PhD in Optics and Photonics from The Ohio State University, Feras has also contributed as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Engineering Innovation program at the American University of the Middle East, as well as a Post-Doctoral Research Scholar at UC Riverside. Throughout their career, Feras has focused on developing innovative solutions in the field to benefit humanity.
