Frank Liang

Frank Liang is a retired professional who spent over a decade at Apple, serving as Director of Product Design since 2014 and previously as Manager of Thermal Design from 2008 to 2014. Prior to Apple, Frank held roles such as Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Tyco Electronics Power Systems and Sr. Mechanical Engineer at FSI International. Frank began their career as a Sr. Mechanical/Application Engineer at Lucent Technologies, showcasing a strong background in mechanical and thermal design engineering.
