Funda Kocak

Funda Kocak has extensive experience in telecommunications and customer service, having worked at companies such as GENPA Telekomünikasyon ve İletişim Hizmetleri San. Tic. A.Ş. and Güzelgün Telekomünikasyon as an İletişim Danışmanı from 2015 to 2018. Funda later joined Apple, progressing through roles from Specialist to Lead Genius and Expert between 2021 and 2022. In addition to practical experience, Funda holds a Bachelor's degree in Turkish Language and Literature from Anadolu Üniversitesi, earned from 2019 to 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Archeology from Kütahya Dumlupınar Üniversitesi, completed from 2009 to 2012.
