Gavin Reid

Gavin Reid is a Senior Manager in Product Design, currently serving as the Director of Mechanical Design at Rivian, where they focus on creating sustainable adventure vehicles. Previously, they worked at Apple, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Product Design and Senior Mechanical Engineer from 2004 to 2013. Gavin began their career as a Mechanical Engineer at ESCO Corporation and Xerox before transitioning to Design Visionaries as a Senior Engineer from 2002 to 2004. They hold a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
