George Popovic is currently the System Test Design Lead for iPhone at Apple, a position held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Principal Systems Engineer for Northrop Grumman from 2021 to 2024 and as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 2019 to 2020, where they also completed a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. George earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2018 and briefly worked as a Research Assistant at Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2019.
