George Stathakopoulos

George Stathakopoulos currently serves as the Vice President of Corporate Information Security at Apple since March 2016 and has also been an Advisor for the Cybersecurity Advisory Committee at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency since December 2021. Additionally, George is a member of the Information Technology Advisory Board at the United Nations World Food Programme since June 2019. Prior to these roles, George held the position of Vice President of Information Security at Amazon.com from February 2010 to March 2016 and served as both GM of Product Security and Engineer at Microsoft from November 1991 to February 2010. George holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Portland State University, obtained from 1989 to 1994.
