Gino Cai is a Senior Manager at Apple Inc. with over eight years of retail experience, focusing on store management, community marketing, and IT operations. Having successfully opened ten flagship stores in Greater China, Gino has led teams of over 200 employees, promoting excellence in store operations and employee engagement. Prior to Apple, Gino held leadership roles at Xiaomi Technology and DiDi, enhancing operational performance in flagship store operations. Gino earned a Bachelor’s degree in Control Science & Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
